Prize for Ra-ooo

Gosh it's so long since i really draw something for dA..... (a year? i can't remember) but I've still been slightly active... lurking... 

Anyways, the lovely Ra-ooo won 2nd place in a tourney pokeplatform held a... while ago (sorryyyyy) 
and I finally got around to actually sit down and draw. 
This was supposed to be a much simpler piece, just a coloured, quick sketch, but then I ended up having too much fun and how can you say no to flower crowns?
