i got shade and i immediately thought; WATER PULSE! i played around with it for a while, with different poses, but i didn't want to focus all too much on Frost, and more on the move used. i was also thinking of maybe incorporating a double move, like Psychic and Water Pulse... but i decided not to.
of course, the pink made the water pulse stand much more out, but it just seemed out of place.

i also decided to have it in water to give a better impression of the shade and the light coming together, than it did without any kind of background.
